288pk may require identity verification before processing withdrawals or at any other point. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC, passport or other government-issued ID. Verification is required to protect all players and maintain the integrity of the platform. Accounts that cannot be verified may have withdrawals suspended until verification is completed.
All transactions on 288pk are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion options and no foreign currency transactions are accepted. Your account balance, bonuses and winnings are all denominated in PKR.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method — PKR 300 for JazzCash and Easypaisa, PKR 500 for Raast and cards, and PKR 1,000 for bank transfers. Maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to the limits displayed in your account at the time of the transaction. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are processed instantly under normal circumstances. Raast transfers typically reflect within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take up to one business day. Withdrawal processing times depend on the method selected and your account verification status. Verified accounts generally experience faster withdrawal processing.
288pk does not charge any fees on deposits. Your payment provider may have their own transaction fees, which are outside 288pk's control. For withdrawals, any applicable fees will be clearly communicated before you confirm the transaction.
Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that were used for deposits on the same account. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies to all players.
All bonuses and promotional offers at 288pk are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. Where there is a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the more specific promotion terms apply.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds expire once the validity period ends.
The welcome bonus is available to new 288pk players on their first deposit. The minimum qualifying deposit and the matching percentage are as stated in the current promotion. The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per player, household, IP address and payment method. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%. Slots contribute rates as specified in the promotion. Live casino games and table games may have reduced contribution rates or be excluded entirely — check the specific promotion terms before playing.
288pk monitors all accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting technical errors, placing low-risk bets across multiple outcomes to artificially fulfil wagering requirements, and any other strategy designed to extract value from promotions without genuine participation. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have bonuses voided and may be closed.

288pk reserves the right to accept, decline or limit any bet at its discretion. Bets are not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation with a bet reference number. Do not assume a bet has been placed until this confirmation is displayed.
For PSL, T20 and international cricket matches, bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC or the competition organiser). In the event of a match being abandoned or suspended before the minimum overs required for a result under the relevant competition rules, bets on match outcome will be voided and stakes returned. Bets on in-play markets that were settled before the match was abandoned will stand.
A bet will be declared void in circumstances including: the event not taking place within a specified timeframe, obvious pricing errors on 288pk's part, or events being cancelled before the relevant action occurs. Void bets result in a full stake refund to your account balance.
If a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical error or human mistake, 288pk reserves the right to void that bet or settle it at the correct odds. This applies even after the event has concluded. Players who knowingly exploit pricing errors risk having their accounts reviewed.
Maximum winnings per bet and per day are subject to the limits shown in your account. These limits vary by sport, market and account tier. 288pk reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
All 288pk casino games — slots, table games and live casino — use certified random number generation (RNG) to determine outcomes. Results are independent for each round and are not influenced by previous outcomes or by any action taken outside of the normal game mechanics.
Live casino games are streamed in real time and hosted by live dealers. Bets placed after the official cut-off for each round — as indicated in the live game interface — will not be accepted. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, 288pk will endeavour to settle the round based on available data; in cases where the round result cannot be determined, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
In the event of a game malfunction, any bets affected will be voided. This includes software errors, disconnections and any scenario where the game cannot complete normally. 288pk will not be liable for losses caused by game malfunctions beyond returning the affected stake.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 288pk and will result in account suspension, closure, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:
288pk actively monitors accounts for prohibited conduct. Detection may occur at any time, including retrospectively after withdrawals have been requested.
288pk may suspend your account at any time if there is a reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, pending investigation. During a suspension, you will not be able to log in, deposit or withdraw. 288pk will endeavour to notify you of the suspension via your registered email address and to complete any investigation promptly.
If an investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, 288pk may permanently close the account. Depending on the nature of the breach, any remaining balance may be returned to the player (minus bonuses and winnings derived from prohibited conduct) or forfeited entirely if the breach involved fraud, identity falsification or money laundering.
You may request to close your 288pk account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled normally and any remaining real-money balance will be returned via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.
If your account is suspended or closed and you believe this was done in error, you may contact 288pk support to initiate an appeal. Provide as much relevant information as possible. 288pk will review appeals in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
The collection and use of your personal data by 288pk is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to 288pk collecting and processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Your data will be used for account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention and personalising your experience on the platform. 288pk does not sell personal data to third parties.
